Instructor

Skills and experience that we're looking for:

• Previous experience working with school-age children in an educational environment (This does NOT have to be in a school - camp, children's theater, etc. work, too!)
• Interest in and ability to quickly learn about robotics and other science related topics
• Ability to convey information in a way that holds students' interest and gets them excited about the topics at hand
• Punctual and organized
• Flexible schedule/availability in afternoons and/or on weekends
• Having your own transportation is strongly preferred, but not required

Office Manager

Skills and experience that we're looking for:

• Proven staff management skills with a particular regard for employee scheduling and performance
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to create and implement effective internal office systems and procedures
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Able to provide consistent feedback through reports and charts for upper management
• Able to work closely with accounting to create various inventory and expense reports
• Previous experience with schools a plus
• Must have own transportation, as this job will entail overseeing employees in Chicago and in the suburbs
